This was our first experience using Legacy Travel, and Marty did a phenomenal job! Our accommodations in Hawaii were spectacular, and everything about our trip went perfectly.

Legacy Travel in Plano has now helped us with four trips, the last to Italy and Switzerland. Each trip has been meticulously planned with hotel rooms from charming and historic to elegant and pampering. Transitions with flights, trains, transfers to hotels, etc. have all gone smoothly. We have found the people at Legacy to be knowledgeable, efficient and very responsive. We look forward to planning our next trip with their help.

Legacy Travel booked our trip for us to Royalton Riviera Cancun. Lori made sure all of our questions were answered and details were covered. The owner Cathi provided additional personal details. Royalton was 5 Star service, accommodations, food and more. Legacy Travel was a recommended resource to us and we're passing on the recommendation. Definitely trust the trip details to them. Win/Win for everyone.

For my daughters graduation from UNT I wanted to send her to a great place yet safe. Jackie was amazing at putting her trip together. They stayed at Royalton Blue Waters an all inclusive in Jamaica. She had a wonderful time with a swim up pool to her room, wonderful food and sight seeing at a affordable price! I highly recommend Legacy Travel!

My wife and I had a travel disaster with another travel agency in 2005, so when it came time to plan our destination wedding we were looking for a much better team to help us. And boy did we strike gold with Legacy Travel! Marty took the time to listen, and to ascertain our needs and desires and recommended a completely different resort than we'd originally had in mind. And he nailed it! More than that, he made some outstanding recommendations that would make our experience even better. We were prepared for everything thanks to Marty. The wedding trip was an 8-day escape to paradise and at a price that was less than half of what we would have paid elsewhere.

We tried setting up later trips, but since we generally travel with other couples, making arrangements can be difficult. Or let me put it this way; because those other couples think using a travel agency is unnecessary, they've made it difficult to make group travel plans. If only they'd use Legacy Travel! We must have worn Marty out having him send us travel plans over the last 10 years, but He and the rest of Team Legacy have always remained professional, courteous, and practically family.

So my wife and I decided to just go it alone and travel to Antigua for our 10 year anniversary this year, and this time Leslie helped set everything up. Just like Marty, she had some terrific recommendations and took care of everything. She even reached out to us shortly before our trip just to make sure we had everything we needed, including her contact information just in case we might need her assistance while traveling. It turns out that our trip this year was the best vacation we've had so far.

Let me add something here. Leslie and the whole team have expressed a genuine interest in knowing how our trip was. They find great satisfaction in knowing that we enjoyed ourselves, and getting feedback from travelers helps them provide pertinent and valuable information to new and existing Legacy Travel customers and friends.

I think back to that agency that let us down all those years ago and can honestly say that I wish I'd found Legacy Travel sooner! They represents the gold standard of the industry to me. I'm looking forward to making arrangements with them for next year.

We just returned from our third trip - our honeymoon - that we booked through Legacy Travel. Always a great experience!! Transportation and accommodations were always flawless, and we really could enjoy our vacation from the first to the last minute. The staff is very knowledgeable about the resorts in their portfolio, they are courteous, and always respond to questions and follow-ups promptly - Terrah is a gem. Try them out if you want a worry-free vacation!! I will certainly work with them again.

Legacy Travel is fantastic. I have had such a wonderful experience with them, as have my friends. My husband and I were wanting to plan a terrific destination wedding for our family and friends to attend --- Hannah Cote, our amazing travel agent, was terrific - she coordinated the air fare, the transportation to the resort, all of the resort information, the excursions, and most importantly, the wedding and ensured that all 26 of us had a great time! I cannot think of a single complaint that we had! She has also set up vacation for our friends, and they have had an amazing time each place they went. Hannah and Legacy Travel is the way to go. We will definitely be using them for all of our travel needs!

Customer service is amazing. Informative, attentive and detail oriented are a few words to describe the agency. We requested a updated room in the property we stayed at. However, the hotel did not accommodate. I emailed Legacy Travel and a day later we were notified that our room was being upgraded on Legacy Travel's dime. legacy Travel wants to ensure you have an amazing vacation from start to finish. I'll be using Legacy Travel going forward for all my vacations. I would highly recommend Legacy Travel.

I had a wonderful experience with Legacy Travel from start to finish. Marty took care of me from the beginning. He answered all my questions and made suggestions along the way based on his person experience with Aruba. Our trip was perfect. Everything went just as planned. I'm already planning my next trip through Marty and Legacy Travel.

I found Legacy travel on the internet and walked into their office 3 weeks before Spring Break. I worked with Cathy and told her "I need to go some place where my son can snorkel". With just that information, she found us flights and rooms at the Iberostar Resort in Cozumel during the very busy Spring Break season. We absolutely loved it. I never would have known about this place otherwise and the snorkeling was perfect for my son's age. Everyone was professional and extremely resourceful. I love the fact that Cathy was able to give me first hand experience as she has visited many of these places. This is especially important if you are traveling with young children. I would definitely book my next trip through Legacy.

We made a last minute decision to take a vacation and called on Leigh-Ann at Legacy to help us find a great deal on the fly. She worked diligently to find us a wonderful resort in Mexico that fit in our price range and worked with our window of travel availability. She recommended Secrets Silversands in Riviera Maya and we were blown away. She made calls to the resort, returned our calls promptly, answered all questions and made suggestions that were very helpful. She is honest, reliable, caring and anxious to help you have the most memorable vacation. We highly recommend using Leigh-Ann and Legacy Travel!! Thank you!!!

WENT TO CANCUN. Called Legacy Travel and spoke with Leigh Ann to try to schedule a trip to Cancun in August of 2011. From the minute I started speaking with Leigh Ann she was great. She told me about all of my options and got me very excited to travel. After doing some research with a few other places they had the best price and they had the best service. I have since called Leigh Ann to talk about other trips and she has always been warm and friendly . I have recommended various different people to Legacy Travel. The trip went really smooth and everything went as planned. The hotel I stayed The Royal in Cancun was the best hotel I have every stayed in while in Mexico and it was recommended by Leigh Ann.

Went to Cancun on Legacy Travel planned trip, it was amazing! They were very proffesional and informative. They provide great customer service and you feel very comfortable talking to them. The trip was very fun, they were their to pick us up at the airport on time, hotel was great, just an all around A+ vacation they planned.

FANTASTIC TRIP! My husband and I have never been on a vacation and it was just luck that I picked Legacy Travel off the internet. We worked with Leigh Ann and she was FABULOUS! We went to the Eldorodo in Mexico and I would recommend this resort to anyone. The people at Legacy Travel are very nice and always responded to my needs. We will always use Leigh Ann and the group from Legacy travel for all of our future vacation needs.

My brother recently got married in Cancun and we used Legacy Travel to book our trip. Marty was our agent and he was excellent. He always responded in a timely manner. We were upgraded--for free--when we got to the resort, and our request for a first floor room was met. The wedding itself was impeccable. The flowers were perfect, along with everything else the bride and groom asked for.

OMG one of the best vacations thanks to Terrah. We have used Legacy Travel and Terrrah has been our agent for the past 4 years. Terrah has listened to us as to what we want out of our vacation and has never disappointed us. We told Terrah we were celebrating our 33 Anniversary and when we arrived at Riveria Mya our hotel door had a banner on it saying Happy Anniversary and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us inside. Terrah has always made sure we had all the documents needed before our trips, given advice as what to do once we arrive at our destination and then she sent through the mail welcome home card when we arrived home from our fantastic vacation. I have referred several friends to her and they love her also. My husband and I cannot wait until next year to find out from Terrah the next fabulous spot we should visit. Thank you Terrah!!!!!!

UNFORGETTABLE TRIP!!! My cousin used Legacy Travel for her destination wedding to Cancun. The wedding had 35 guests all booked through Legacy. Terrah was our travel agent and I have nothing but great things to say about her and Legacy Travel. She is always so sweet and polite. When we got to the hotel, we saw a bottle of wine courtesy of Terrah. We loved her nice gesture! We were picked up from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was great, the staff was amazing. I want to go back already!!! And I will book with Terrah our upcoming honeymoon =)

We used Legacy Travel for our honeymoon and we had a great experience. The hotel accommodations were exactly what we wanted, the transportation was exactly what they promised, and the pricing was exactly what we needed! Nicki was always very quick to respond and always was able to provide any answers to our questions.
