The first step is to go to the Citysearch Website.

Then, in the search box at the top look for "Legacy Travel" in "Plano, TX".  Then you will come to the screen you see here.

I've indicated with this blue arrow where on the page you need to click to leave a review.

If you don't have a Citysearch login, you can log in with your Facebook login.  Or, you can just make a new Citysearch login, whatever you like.
