Katie, a proud New Yorker, started at Legacy Travel in 2017. She has been consumed by wanderlust from an early age, and one of her first trips to Europe was actually to Rome when she was 13 to sing for Pope John Paul II.

She is a self-proclaimed "fine arts poster child," and in college she channeled her love of the arts as well as travel into a degree in art history with a focus on Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque European art. Being able to travel and see these works that she's studied firsthand is a passion that Katie loves sharing with her clients.

Katie also enjoys arts of the culinary variety! Her love of food and wine has led her all the way from the Viktualienmarkt in Munich to the Michelin starred restaurants of San Sebastian in Spain and the vineyards of Tuscany and Bordeaux. Katie's intimate knowledge of Europe makes her uniquely qualified for crafting the most detailed adventures for her clients.

Katie is also one of Legacy Travel's resident Disney experts. She believes that you're never too old to enjoy some Disney magic, and the legendary Disney service is one of the reasons her family still loves to take regular trips to Disney World.

In her spare time, Katie sings in her church's choir. She also loves cooking with her husband Tom, skiing when she has the chance to escape the Texas heat.
